MILWAUKEE -- Beleaguered manager Don Mattingly insisted Monday he doesnt feel hes about to be fired by the Los Angeles Dodgers, and he has no idea whether he needs to win a three-game series against the Milwaukee Brewers to keep his job. Cheap Adidas Ultra Boost China . Mattinglys comments came an hour after GM Ned Colletti said his manager is "doing fine" and has kept the team steady despite its last-place showing in the NL West. Mattingly said he talked with team president Stan Kasten within the past couple of days and didnt get any indication he was about to be replaced. "As far as any kind of rumours or whatever they are, I talked to Stan the other day. He didnt fire me that day," Mattingly said. "Im still here. Ned didnt tell me I wasnt going to be here tomorrow or today. Thats the way I look at it." There has been plenty of speculation that Mattinglys job is in jeopardy. The Dodgers entered Monday nights game in Milwaukee with a 17-25 record despite a $215 million payroll. When asked whether he thought he would be managing the team Friday if it didnt win the three-game series with the Brewers, Mattingly said: "I have no idea. I really havent gotten any feeling that Neds like on the edge of like, Donnie youre the problem here." Asked if it was false to say Mattingly would be fired this week, Colletti simply said: "My perspective hasnt changed. Im done talking about it." Mattingly said he was concentrating on finding ways for his team to play better, and said the stars on the club would have to perform well for the Dodgers to win. He referred to comments from Magic Johnson, part of the Dodgers ownership group, that superstars have to carry teams in the NBA playoffs. "Thats really what its going to boil down to," Mattingly said. "(Clayton) Kershaws going to have to pitch great. (Zack) Greinkes going to have to pitch great. You know? Our big boys are going to have to play big." The big boys in the Dodgers lineup havent produced as in years past. A group that includes Matt Kemp, Adrian Gonzalez, Carl Crawford and Andre Ethier ranks next-to-last in the majors in runs. The bullpen also has been a sore spot, and shortstop Hanley Ramirez has played in only four games due to injuries. Mattingly didnt criticize any players, but said the middle of his lineup would have to perform well for the team to win. "We can sit here and say, you know, Nick Punto having a great year is really nice, but Nick Puntos not taking us to the promised land. Ill say that in an honouring way," he said. "Dee Gordon has to do his thing. Mark Ellis has to do his thing. But theyre not taking us to the promised land. "Adrian and Matt, Hanley when he gets back, Andre, those are the guys, the guys in the middle of the order, that you count on to be run producers," he said. "Thats what we do. How do you not stay with those guys? You dont just abandon ship and say, What do you do?" Colletti also said he expects better performances from the players, and blaming one person is an easy way out. The manager and general manager met in Mattinglys office before the game, and Mattingly said they simply talked about the team and not his job. Despite the turmoil, Mattingly said he wasnt concerned about his status. "You know what? I dont even worry about that part of it," he said. "I only worry about turning it around. Really, I never get away from my base. All I worry about is us playing our best baseball. And I worry about our team, and getting us to perform up to the best of our ability, and try to keep the team going in a position to have success." Ramirez is on the disabled list with a strained left hamstring. "I think as you look around our lineup you should have four players that are capable of hitting 20 or more home runs," Colletti said. "One of them has only played a couple of games this year." Los Angeles is batting .226 with runners in scoring position, which ranks 23rd in the majors. The bullpen blew late leads in each of the past two games. "We need to score more runs," Colletti said. "We need to do better in the clutch, be better with runners in scoring position. I think if we were to do that youd see a different dynamic, including in the pen. "When you are asked to protect a 1-0 lead, or a 2-0 lead, or one-run leads, or close games every day, it takes a lot," he said. "It doesnt mean that they shouldnt do it. It doesnt mean they get a free pass because its a 1-0 or a 2-0 game, but I think it makes a difference. When you have no margin of error its tougher. And a lot of our games have been no margin of error." Cheap Adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 .25 million option on reliever Jose Veras. Mens Adidas Ultra Boost 2018 . CANTON, N.Y. -- A black former college soccer coach on trial in the killing of his ex-girlfriends 12-year-old son has been demonized by prosecutors, his attorney said on Thursday.Oral Nick Hillarys murder trial wrapped up in St. Lawrence County Court with closing arguments. Prosecutors relied on a largely circumstantial case against Hillary, who is accused of killing Garrett Phillips in an apartment in Potsdam, a college town near the Canadian border, in 2011.Defense attorney Earl Ward echoed critics who claim authorities in the largely white community unjustly prosecuted Hillary. Hillary has shown no violent tendencies, Ward said, and prosecutors bought a case riddled with doubt.Theyre trying to demonize him in your eyes, Ward told Judge Felix Catena. The judge heard the case without a jury and is expected to make a decision next week.Hillary, who was born in Jamaica, was the head soccer coach at Clarkson University at the time of the killing. He and his teenage daughter had lived with Tandy Cyrus and her two sons until the relationship ended in summer 2011. Prosecutors say Hillary blamed the boy for the breakup. When the boy was killed, Hillary was living elsewhere in Potsdam.. Wholesale Adidas Ultra Boost 2018. .Prosecutors lacked DNA or fingerprint evidence. But Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick argued there is strong evidence, including security camera footage showing the movements of Phillips and Hillary on the streets of Potsdam right before the killing.Hillary lied about his actions and used his daughter to provide him with a fake alibi, said Fitzpatrick, who is helping St. Lawrence County District Attorney Mary Rain.Either Nick Hillary is a victim of the most bizarre convergence of coincidences since man first learned to write and record history, and he sits there an innocent man, Fitzpatrick said, or, on Oct. 24, 2011, obsessed by his breakup with Tandy Cyrus ... he entered that boys apartment, he chased him down, he dragged him into a bedroom and he spent 90 seconds choking the life out of him.The district attorney at the time of the killing never brought charges.Rain campaigned on the case, though the first murder indictment she secured was dismissed by a judge. She was able to get the current indictment last year. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '
